Inovexa AI ("we", "us", "our") designs and builds websites, AI concierge systems and digital growth services for real estate agencies and property developers. This policy explains what personal data we collect through inovexaai.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

We only collect what's needed to respond to you and improve our service:

• Contact form: full name, email, phone number, agency name, service interest, and your message.
• ROI calculator: your email address, plus the figures you enter (listing volume, enquiry rate, commission), when you choose to receive your results by email.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. How we use it

We use the data you submit to respond to your enquiry, send the information you specifically requested (such as ROI calculator results), and — if you've subscribed — send occasional PropTech insight emails. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Where it's stored

Data submitted through our forms is stored in a secured MySQL database hosted with our web hosting provider, accessible only to authorised Inovexa AI staff via a password-protected admin dashboard.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@inovexaai.com and we'll respond within one month.
